Yoga at Heather’s Zen Den

Our yoga offerings are intentionally simple, supportive, and welcoming.
Classes are designed to help you feel comfortable in your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself—whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat.

In addition to yoga classes, Heather also offers private sessions, small-group classes, and off-site yoga experiences throughout the community.

Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga is a supportive, accessible class designed for those new to yoga or returning after time away. We move at a slower pace, focus on basic postures, breathing, and body awareness, and offer plenty of options so you can build confidence and strength at your own pace—no flexibility or experience required.

Wind Down Yoga

Wind Down Yoga is a gentle, calming class meant to help you release the day and settle your nervous system. Expect slower movements, longer holds, deep breathing, and intentional rest. This class is perfect for evenings, stress relief, and anyone looking to relax both body and mind.

Self Care Yoga

Self-Care Yoga is exactly what it sounds like—a class that puts you first. This offering blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and rest to support both physical and emotional well-being. It’s less about “doing” and more about listening, restoring, and honoring what your body needs that day.
